Composition (+Plus System)
Overview
Composition is the system for adding +Plus levels to your equipment, from +1 up to +12. Each plus level adds bonus stats on top of your item's base power. You compose items by feeding Stones (plus stones) to accumulate composition points.
How Composition Works
- Obtain Stones (plus stones) of various plus levels
- Use stones on your target equipment to accumulate Composition Points
- When enough points accumulate, the item advances to the next plus level
- Alternatively, use the Compose action with accumulated progress for a chance-based upgrade
Points Required Per Plus Level
| Plus Upgrade | Points Required | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|
| +0 → +1 | 20 | Very Easy |
| +1 → +2 | 20 | Very Easy |
| +2 → +3 | 80 | Easy |
| +3 → +4 | 240 | Moderate |
| +4 → +5 | 720 | Moderate |
| +5 → +6 | 2,160 | Hard |
| +6 → +7 | 6,480 | Hard |
| +7 → +8 | 19,440 | Very Hard |
| +8 → +9 | 58,320 | Extreme |
| +9 → +10 | 58,320 | Extreme |
| +10 → +11 | 58,320 | Extreme |
| +11 → +12 | 58,320 | Extreme |
Stone Point Values
Each stone gives points based on its own plus value:
| Stone Plus | Points Given |
|---|---|
| +0 Stone | 1 |
| +1 Stone | 10 |
| +2 Stone | 40 |
| +3 Stone | 120 |
| +4 Stone | 360 |
| +5 Stone | 1,080 |
| +6 Stone | 3,240 |
| +7 Stone | 9,720 |
| +8 Stone | 29,160 |
Compose Action (Chance-Based)
Instead of filling up the full point bar, you can attempt a Compose action using your accumulated PlusProgress:
- Success requires both a rate check (based on progress vs required points) and a ~9% random chance
- On success, plus level increases by 1 and progress resets to 0
- On failure, progress resets to 0 (all accumulated points are lost)
- Reaching +6 or higher triggers a map-wide broadcast announcement
Warning
The Compose action has only a 10% chance of success and resets your progress on failure. For expensive upgrades (+6 and above), it's much safer to fill the point bar completely rather than gambling.
Strategy Guide
Early Game (+1 to +5)
Use low-level stones freely. The costs are low and the points accumulate fast. Even +0 stones work, though they give only 1 point each.
Mid Game (+5 to +8)
Start collecting +3 and +4 stones. At 120 and 360 points per stone, they're the most efficient for this range. The jump from +7 to +8 (19,440 points) is a significant wall.
End Game (+8 to +12)
You need +7 or +8 stones to make meaningful progress. Each +8 stone gives 29,160 points, and you need 58,320 per level. Plan on using 2 high-level stones per plus level at minimum.
Tip
The point scaling follows a pattern of 3x multiplier per plus level (20 → 20 → 80 → 240 → 720...). Plan your stone farming accordingly. Never use the Compose gamble on +8 and above — the 10% success rate isn't worth the risk.
