Dragon Forge

Overview

The Dragon Forge is a comprehensive crafting station where you can scrap items for forge materials, create new equipment, upgrade quality and level, and repair gear. Forge Materials are the universal currency of the Dragon Forge system.

Forge Materials

Forge Materials are earned by scrapping unwanted equipment at the Dragon Forge. The number of materials you get depends on the item's quality, plus level, and item level.

Scrapping Rates

Item QualityRecovery Rate
Normal (quality 0–5)10% of item value
Refined or Higher (quality 6+)30% of item value

Minimum points per scrapped item: 4. Durability state affects final value.

Item Value Calculation

The base material value of an item is calculated from three components:

ComponentValue
Quality Cost (Normal)100 per quality level (0–5)
Quality Cost (Refined)10,000
Quality Cost (Unique)100,000
Quality Cost (Elite)500,000
Quality Cost (Super)1,000,000
Level Cost (under 120)500 per level
Level Cost (120+)100,000 per level
Plus Cost1 × 3(Plus-1)

Item Creation

You can create new equipment directly at the Dragon Forge by spending Forge Materials:

  • Base cost: 100 materials
  • Plus level cost: 1 × 3(Plus-1)
  • Quality cost: Cumulative sum based on target quality

Quality Creation Costs (Cumulative)

Target QualityAdditional MaterialsTotal from Normal
Normal (0–5)100 each level100–500
Refined (6)10,000~10,600
Unique (7)100,000~110,600
Elite (8)500,000~610,600
Super (9)1,000,000~1,610,600

Tempering (Quality & Level Upgrade)

The Tempering NPC uses Forge Materials (not Meteors/DragonBalls) for upgrades:

Quality Upgrade via Tempering

  • Items with quality 3–8 can be tempered (cannot upgrade Super further)
  • Cost matches the quality cost table above
  • Durability resets to maximum on success

Level Upgrade via Tempering

  • Under level 120: 500 materials per level increment
  • Level 120+: 100,000 materials per level increment
  • Durability resets to maximum on success

Equipment Repair

Repair all equipped items at the Dragon Forge using materials:

Repair Cost = (Item Gold Worth × (Max Durability - Current Durability)) / Max Durability / 100

This repairs all equipped items in one action, restoring durability to maximum.

Tip

Scrapping unwanted drops is the primary way to earn Forge Materials. Don't vendor trash — scrap it instead. High-quality items give 30% return, so even old Refined gear is worth scrapping for the 10,000+ materials.

Warning

Creating Super quality items from scratch costs over 1.6 million materials. It's almost always cheaper to find a lower-quality version of the item and upgrade it through quality tiers.
